Whey Protein Powder Plant

Our capacity varies from 100 Kg/Hour to 10 Ton/Hour final powder. We use GOOD ENGINEERING standards for mechanical design and ISA / IEEE for electrical and instrumentation design.
When paneer or curd making process is completed remaining liquid is whey protein solution. This whey protein solution is pasteurized, concentrated and spray dried to make it in powder form. Final powder being highly hygroscopic is immediately vacuum packed. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
