Continuous Mixer is the versatile equipment used for the homogenous mixing of dry powder & small amount of liquids. It consists of the cylindrical shell & end plates at both the ends mounted with shaft & specially designed mixing blades. These blades are bolted to the shaft and are adjustable. For the blending of the product shaft rotates with the help of drive at required rpm depending upon the characteristics of the product. The blades are so designed and placed at an angle so that it blends the material & also convey the material forward to the discharge end. As shaft rotates material move up, down & forward which helps in the mixing of the product and oil. Oil spraying arrangement is located at the inlet port to avail maximum mixing time. Material is charged through the inlet port at the top & is discharged through the discharge port provided at the bottom end which makes the easy discharge of the Product.
